Diagnosis first!: Bella, this is NOT a garden variety adult hypertension... In your age group it may be a renal artery stenosis; has your doctor considered ALL possible causes? You must not just treat a number, this is wrong!

Not usual: i agree with dr. averbuch. a more in depth understanding of what is underlying your hypertension is indicated. or it may be that a different mix of meds is indicated. see a BP specialist, cardiologist or nephrologist.
