Adjust, don't skip: Call her doc who will carefully lower the dose of something. If you skip everything the blood pressure will shoot up like a yo-yo.

Low BP: 90, i take it as top systolic pressure. It is quite low for 37 years age patient. Check BP again. If still same then you can skip Nifedipine and irbesartan. Give a call to your doctor and seek advice and see him first thing in the morning. If she becomes confused or unresponsive, then take to er. Thanks.
