Never heard of someone being this bound upl. Suspect this is a figure of speaking about being bound up down in GA. I would ask the Dr. It is possible to diarrhea from an impaction. Blood would be uncommon. It going on for more that a few days and you are losing weight I would go back or see another Dr.

Impacted.up to the stomach is hyperbole. It is common, when impacted, loose or watery stool makes its way around hard stool& out the rectum. Your very high sed rate,anemia& elevated liver enzymes all require explanation. Inflammatory bowel disease or some autoimmune disorder are possibilities. I recommend a second opinion at a GI department of a university hospital near you.
