It is uncommon that you have not had your period 6 weeks after the abortion. If symptoms resolve quickly, nothing to concern. You should practice a more reliable contraceptive method such as condom, OC pill/implant, IUD, if you do not want baby. Withdrawal method is unreliable and abortion should be the last choice.
