What are signs that a great toenail is falling off? is it possible that if the toenail falls off, a new nail could be possibly growing underneath it? could i still run with a possible loose toenail?

If concerned about a loose nail being a problem while running place a bandaid or tape over the loose toenail The nail should fall off. Helping it along is ok. Any bleeding use topical antibiotic
