Injury on both left and right great toenails, had nail trephination done on both to get rid of hematoma. left great toenail color is white and cloudy. not sure if its a toenail fungal infection based on pain on both toenails?

I recommend consulting a podiatrist for evaluation, advice,treatment & follow-up because of ongoing pain. Toe nail trauma can cause white streaking or discoloration instead of bleeding so you probably don't have a fungal nail infection.
