I have a bruise that is in the shape of a circle that randomly appears on my lower back, and i always have lower back pain. it will last a couple days and disappear. always same spot,size,shape. what could cause this it's off to the right of my spine?

A recurring bruise in an area could be due to recurring blunt injury to the area or from breaking of a blood vessel. Check for any thing which may cause this. Back pain is probably not related. But if keeps recurring you will have to be examined for proper diagnosis
