More information is required for a proper diagnosis. Are you on any medication? Do you take any drugs? Do you have a prior psychiatric or neurologic history? Have you had any recent head trauma? This could be Tourette's syndrome. Please see a doctor in person.

Agree with Dr Josefson, as I too would wonder about Tourette's. A direct examination with your doctor is mandated. Effective treatment is available.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
