Yes: Paxil (paroxetine) & similar medications called SSRIs can cause Twitches & Tics, in a minority of patients. However, in most cases, it ceases. Rarely, it can be a serious condition called Serotonin syndrome, but usually the person is quite severely ill, if that is so. Please consult your Doctor, if you are feeling unwell, additionally.
