Is blind spot necessary as the main symptom in case of phototoxic retinopathy/photic retinopathy? or this condition can also present with metamorphosia alone? i only have slanted vision problem. few docs say that oct is normal,others say atrophy?

It is definitely possible to not have an obvious scotoma but only metamorphopsia from solar retinopathy. There is probably no treatment except waiting for spontaneous improvement, but as others have said, examination by a retinal specialist will cover all bases as far as a definitive diagnosis and any available treatment options.
