Your post of a borderline EKG is vague and provides no meaningful content. You say pinpoint chest pain but not where in this large area. The gas issue may/may not be related. Please start over with more detail so a reviewing doc has enough specific information to work with.

Yes, follow up with your general practitioner is needed in order to have a clear explanation for your symptoms and test results. The chest pain that appears to be pinpoint is not likely to be related to your heart, but this will have to be clarified based on exam and review of your tests.
