How would it enter your blood? Unless you intentionally insert a needle in your vein, it will not get into your blood. If you did insert it into a vein is from the infection it may carry. The needle per se would not kill you, may not even make you sick. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!

The cactus needle can't get into your vessel. If a needle is stuck in the skin, infection may occur then the site need to be lanced for removing the needle and pus.
