I would get seen at urgent care for evaluation to make sure your shortness of breath is not related to a secondary COVID pneumonia

If you are having tachycardia would go to ER/ urgent care and get EKG , enzymes to assure not having cardiac effects of COVID- clots, myocarditis, ( postural orthostatic hypotension) https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/conditions-and-diseases/coronavirus/heart-problems-after-covid19
