: Not feasible to provide precise information based upon your post. But get a COVID-19 test, preferably PCR, and if negative, explore other causes with your doctor. Sometimes, viral meningitis does present with some of your symptoms, and you can ask your doctor if a spinal tap might be necessary, but appears that COVID-19 is more likely.
