Mum has covid, i have sore throat & headache but the headache hurts more whenever i move, upper spine also hurts while walking (although did do some heavy pulling at work the night before) should i be worried about it being meningitis? or is it covid?

Not feasible to provide precise information based upon your post. But get a COVID-19 test, preferably PCR, and if negative, explore other causes with your doctor. Sometimes, viral meningitis does present with some of your symptoms, and you can ask your doctor if a spinal tap might be necessary, but appears that COVID-19 is more likely.
