There are probably 1000 different causes. What meds are you taking? Any recent viral infection? Travel outside US in last 90 days. Tick bite? Measles? Chicken pox? Fleas. Bed bugs, COVID-19, poison ivy, cherry angiomas you just started noticing. Infected hot tub. Low platelets. As you can see need much more detail to be able to help. And a picture is worth 1000 words.

Could be multiple and common small blood vessels, red dots all over, common in a 51 year old , male or female. Likely not pathological.
