It sounds like you likely have a Bartholin gland abscess or infected cyst or something similar. Probably you have been prescribed antibiotics, right? But no surgery, such as incision and drainage? Maybe you've been seen in urgent care or emergency departments, i.e. not yet in care of a gynecologist? For sure see a gynecologist, or ask or referral to a different one. Good luck.

If it is infection it should be treated by the doctors who told you that. Soak in warm/hot bath keep area clean and see a doc willing to diagnose and treat you
