Probably unrelated: But, if you are in severe pain and cannot stand or walk, then you need re-evaluated, usually in an ER. If no immediate ride in, then call an ambulance. If any possibility you are pregnant, then all the more potentially serious.

Bartholyn duct cyst: You can do sitz baths to help with the swelling and pain and can take an anti inflammatory. Did the doctor start you on antibiotics? If still having pain, may need to go get it drained. This can be very painful. Sorry!! If it happens more than once you may need to have a marsupialization to prevent this from happening. Feel better soon
