I went to the doctor yesterday cause i have a lump on lip of vagina. she said its swollen gland. now i have bad cramps. can barely stand up or walk?

Probably unrelated: But, if you are in severe pain and cannot stand or walk, then you need re-evaluated, usually in an ER. If no immediate ride in, then call an ambulance. If any possibility you are pregnant, then all the more potentially serious.

Get checked: A bartholins cyst or infection can be causing your pain. Please see your gynecologist as soon as possible.

Bartholyn duct cyst: You can do sitz baths to help with the swelling and pain and can take an anti inflammatory. Did the doctor start you on antibiotics? If still having pain, may need to go get it drained. This can be very painful. Sorry!! If it happens more than once you may need to have a marsupialization to prevent this from happening. Feel better soon
