What if the difference between zolpidem er and zolpidem tartrate? i'm taking zolpidem tartrate 5 mg and only sleep about 4 hours. i also am groggy most of the dat. is zolpidem er better?

It is still zolpidem tartrate but it's made for slow release. Its effect may last longer than the standard zolpidem but the side effect will be as bad or worse, I think.
