I have this white thing under my tongue and it is very sore and since then i am coughing and have a soar throat?

You have a canker sore[apthous ulcer] which is from anxiety, stress or high acidic food or liquid intake. It goes away in 5-7 days. It can be treated with OTC medications at pharmacy. Sore throat and coughing are from another problem, if continues see your doctor.
