My right tonsil hurts, it hurts to swallow and my right ear hurts as well as its sort of ringing, can someone tell me what's wrong? my tonsil's hurt like this for about 2-3 days now and it started off with body aches and a sore throat then grew?

Please have a Strep screening test, COVID 19 testing based on your description. Monitor temperature and breathing. Watch for shortness of breath and fever. Drink fluids and NSAIDs are often effective in relieving muscle aches. Follow up with your PCP or see urgent care for further management.
