Depends on if STDs are resistant to the antibiotic u r on in your area. Wil nt affect hiv it syhilis or monkey pox testing

Took at home AZO uti test. positive for Leukocytes. Immediate care center urine test negative for uti and leukocytes. What could it be? They tested for all STDs. Fullness in stomach, more discharge, sometimes itchiness, no foul odor but an odor there?
Urge to urinate for a few weeks now, but no other UTI symptoms. AZO test strips test positive for WBC & nitrites. Is it more likely a UTI or an STD?
