Fibrosis, steatosis and is a risk factor for cancer of the bile duct and gallbladder which can spread to liver and cause structural change. A high bile pressure behind the stone, which has likely been in gall baldder for a long time, can cause structural damage as well. Usually clears with stone/gall bladder removal. Time will tell.
