A member asked:

Can you have ventricular tachycardia with 5pvcs in a row but heart rate is below 80?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

5 PVCs in a row can sometimes be a brief ventricular tachycardia if they are coupled together which you can only diagnose on an electrocardiogram. More than 5 PVCs a minute are considered frequent.
