Yes, those three medications have no drug interaction and can be safely taken together. For metronidazole, avoid use of alcohol. For iron, use vitamin C, or drink it with citrus like orange juice, to help with iron absorption. If you experience side effects, you'll have to take them separately to identify which one of the three is causing it.
