I will assume you are taking MiraLAX and Colace. These would be safe to take together but you should know that the MiraLAX helps to pull fluid into your bowel and soften the stool for easy passage. The Colace is a stool softener as well and would only add to the process of stool softening. Neither product is absorbed into the bloodstream it is safe during pregnancy.
