B12 is not serious. If your TSH is 5.7, you have thyroid deficiency, if your free T4 is 5.7 you have hyperthyroidism. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.
