Painless swelling under 2nd 3rd 4th toe .had for week after walking barefoot on hard floor.what can it be please?

Unusual to have consistent swelling without pain. It is however possible. You could be experiencing joint capsulitis of the metatarsal -phalangeal joint 2,3,4. Hard surfaces can cause this as well as certain shoes. Would not recommend walking on hard surface without protection.
