With aplastic anemia, do all 3 need to be low: rbc, wbc, and platelets or if just one is low, combined with other symptoms, could that denote aplastic anemia? i will ask my dr but want more opinions please. thank you?

At least two of the three need to be low to be labeled, aplastic anemia. There are disorders that involve any one of the cellular components being low, it is not called aplastic anemia.
