I'm 9 months pregnant, last ultrasound at 8 months showed my baby sitting instead head down, i've been told the umbilical cord could be around his neck. are the home-"spinning-baby excersises safe to to turn him head down? my ob won't perform an ecv?

The chances of a baby turning in any direction decrease as they get larger and the uterus reaches its maximum size. It is so tight directional movement decreases. It may happen naturally, but nothing you can do will change things. Try any and your c-section may need to be done as an emergency under with diminishing chances for a good outcome. Risky, Risky, Risky.
