3d ultrasound shows umbilical cord lying near/ baby's face. anything to be concerned about?

Not at all: There is nothing to worry about because of the baby's umbilical cord near the face. That is normal, the cord is usually free to float about in the amniotic fluid, so if you looked again later the cord would likely have moved to another area. It poses no risk to the baby.
