When i squat at the gym my thigh sometimes goes numb. today, i was squatting and it felt like something almost "clicked" and i could feel the numbness spread almost like a "web". i think it is a compressed nerve? any strecthes i can do or any ideas?

Most likely you are temporarily compressing the proximal lateral femoral cutaneous nerve of the thigh, which reverses rapidly at this point. See your local doctor to have this checked out. Tight clothing may be prompting this.
