For about 3 days now i have had intermittent pain the starts just under the outer side of my right shoulder blade and i can feel it shooting what feels like through my armpit into my chest kind of faintly. the pain is definitely more intense in back?

Pulled muscle is my first guess. Shoulder joint and muscles are complex. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. What did you do before all of this started? Lifting, fell etc, What brings it on and makes it better. Share with your team. Make notes of exactly which movements bring it on/make it worse or better. You can figure it out with your Dr.
