I normally have difficulty going to the restroom and have constipation, today i went and had a spot of blood. 4-6 hours later i urinated and had blood. not a lot but a decent amount. i dont have any stomach pain and dont see any blood. ?

Blood in stool: I assume that the fresh blood came from the rectum and not the urinary tract. Probable causes are hemorrhoids or an anal fissure.
