Fell down wood stairs 3 days ago and hit shin on step edge - extreme pain when happened. have long red under skin bleeding mark down shin - no above skin bleeding. pain when move or touch and difficult to walk - causes swelling on top area of shin?

Are you asking me to tell you if there’s a fracture? Likely, but I would need to see the X-ray or at least get a thorough in person exam done first. Please go to urgent care and have your leg evaluated asap.
