A member asked:

I am 21 years old suddenly i noticed 2 adjacent firm nodules (one is more firm than the other) in the center of the penile tissue. it causes no pain and there's no curvature or any deformity to shape or size, is it peyronnie's disease?

"Peyronnie's disease" may be causative of "firm nodes" in the penis, and does not always cause deformity or erectile dysfunction. See a urologist for confirmation.

Probably not but best is to have it checked by a Urologist for without that no diagnosis is possible.
