Side Effects for ginkgo include upset stomach, constipation; headache, dizziness; fast or pounding heartbeats; mouth irritation; or skin rash. Because different manufacturers products have differing concentration levels and different miscellaneous ingredients, it is difficult to appropriately titrate this substance. It can take up to a week to get it out of your system. Would not recommend taking.

You do not reveal why you started Ginkgo but there is truly no established value as a supplement to healthy dietary approaches. Most OTC bottles contain little or no Ginkgo, and are a complete waste of money. Recommend you not resume ever.
