Your low back pain probably has nothing to do with the pregnancy and that low back pain can occur to anybody due to muscle strain or lumbar nerve pain. You can have back massage, local heat pad and taking tylenol if needed. You only contact you OB doctor if you have chill, fever or any urogenital symptom(s). Back pain is always worse in the first 24-48 hours and gradually improving.
