Sometimes, a residual cough after a viral infection like Covid can be due to bronchospasm. An inhaler that opens the airways, called a bronchodilator, can help a lot. See your doctor and request an inhaler-like albuterol. If you use the inhaler regularly, like 3-4 times daily, the cough will likely get better fairly quickly. Not sure what the CT scan results mean but try the inhaler. Good luck!
