I have no breast at all i don't want plastic or liquid to my breast or creme i want to use suction cups, can suction cups increase my breast size and how much more it will get? i want the result to be permanent will it be? any other solution?

The development of breast tissue is a complex interaction between hormones and receptor cells in the breast. Endowment is based on how these interact. Some get very little, some an overly generous amount. To understand your options, you need to consult with a breast surgeon. Creams and suction will not help.
