Your.hydronephrosis & hydroureter do not appear to be caused by mechanical obstruction such as stones or strictures. I feel that you may have a neurogenic problem of the urinary bladder or even some hormonal effect on the urinary system. You need to be checked by a Urologist. In the meantimeempty your bladder , takink your time, every 3-4 hours.
