I have dilated renal collecting systems alongside frequent urination, nocturia, clear urine often, smelling coffee in pee (only have 1 a day if that), sometimes dont know if i need a wee and it can take a while to come out? bloods/urine normal?

Your.hydronephrosis & hydroureter do not appear to be caused by mechanical obstruction such as stones or strictures. I feel that you may have a neurogenic problem of the urinary bladder or even some hormonal effect on the urinary system.
