Monitor his temperature, continue to nurse if breastfeeding. Remove mucus from nasal passages with baby saline drops and gentle suction. Please see your Pediatrician. COVID testing recommended. He may have a cold, but other causes such as bronchitis or pneumonia should be considered. Watch for signs of respiratory difficulty.

Babies can often throw up after coughing as they have not developed good nerve control separating the two functions. Cough is a protective mechanism to bring up retained mucus. If his "look" spooks you have him seen. If he is drinking/feeding/playing some, you may be able to monitor at home. Your call.
