Did kitten have rabies shots? Is rabies common in your part of PA. Try to trap the kitten and have it checked and neutered. Avoid stray cats. They are wild.

Rabies transmitted by a kitten is a rare event, but call your local health department for advice. I'm a believer in putting cat bite victims on antibiotics as a preventative, but it appears that the bite didn't deeply penetrate your skin so you can just observe for any signs of infection.
