Boyfriend of 59 yrs old, heavy whiskey drinker ,incontinent with bladder and bowels at times. yesterday, no bottle, was dry heaving, and had runny bm. i bought him a bottle in order to help.should i be worried he's dying?

Yes, he is obviously declining. Needs a thorough medical exam, tests as well. While bringing him the bottle might help with alcohol withdrawal, which may be life threatening, it does not sound as a good long term plan, given decline.
