I've been taking montelukast sodium 10 mg and & fluticasone propionate for the past week to cure my sinus and asthma problems and they aren't working.

Allergies: You have to give them time to work effectively. It can take up to 4 weeks to reach full potency. Be patient and give them 4 weeks.

Cure ?: Asthma not curable but contrplable disease, sinus and asthma would get better give at least 4--6 weeks , if you wheeze , you do need to use an inhaler on regular basis. Singulair (montelukast) controls asthma.
