At around 9am i took one pill of montelukast 10mg and one pill of cetirizine 10mg. at 11pm i forgot i took my medicine in the morning and took one pill of both. will i be okay?

Probably. The Montelukast has few if any side effects you will note. The cetirizine may make you groggy but should not hurt you. You may want to avoid driving or operating machinery.

Please check with your PCP, Motelukast may be used at night, and report any sleep disturbances, mood changes or behavior changes to your doctor. The additional dose is unlikely to cause problems on this occasion. An allergy plan, including identification and avoidance of allergens may be reviewed by a virtual consultation with HTMG.
