Hepatic histology refers to the tissue appearance of your liver. It is difficult to comment on what changes were seen if there is no comment about what was seen. Common changes include hepatitis, steatosis, or fatty changes of the liver, fibrosis or cirhossis and bile ductular proliferatons. Fatty liver can occur both in alcoholic liver disease and non alcoholic liver disease.
