Cause of testies to diminish in size. dr concerned that my testicles were small. noticed the change myself, testosterone levels were normal. is there a reason for this. i dont drink alcohol, no drugs. does atrophy cause ed ? is this reversible,help?

If your sexual libido is normal and you have morning erection along with normal testosterone level, I do not think you should concern about ED. If you are still in doubt, you can have your semen checked (volume, sperm count, etc.) to make sure your testicles, although small than average, are functioning well. You should only concern if you have problem with erection at this time.

Best is to see a Urologist regarding accurate size of testicles and whether there is atrophy, which is rare at your age. Your testosterone is normal is a good sign so even if you have smaller testicles it will not affect erections. No- Atrophy can not be reversed
