Ive been feeling nauseous, diarrhea, belly pain/pressure, blood on toilet paper(not stool), and globs of mucus with stool. just had bm with hard dark green stool covered in mushy brown stool-2 colors. what could this be? i will ask my dr too?

For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Wish you good health!

I've been eating healthy but continue with persistent nausea, gas, and loose stools. Stools are brown but formless resembling aerated soil and sinks rather than floats. EGD, blood tests, CT scan, X-rays all normal. Diagnosed with mild gastritis.
