Upper limit of normal anywhere between 400-450k depending on lab. Such values cannot be interpreted otherwise out of clinical context and/or dynamics. Talk to ordering doc about it.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your count is a bit high and may be due iron deficiency. You may take oral iron and multivitamins. Wish you good health!
