I have a fistula and iam so depressed because of that, my fistula is very complex i want to go under laser surgery but there is still a risk of being incontinence and i am so scared of cancer, i just don't know how to face this! please...?

You did not say what kind of fistula so I am assuming it is ano-rectal.. Chances of it being cancer are near 0. If performed by a competent and experienced proctologist/surgeon chances of incontinence is rare too.. Good luck.
